a) Control system:<\/p>\n

This machine use PLC control and touch panel operating system. \u00a0The machine can run in automatic mode and manual mode.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

b) Conveyor:<\/p>\n

Conveyor adopt chainless rolling transmitting system, which consists of three bearings rolling along high precision tempered steel guides, the movement of glass is very stable.<\/p>\n

The bearings for front and back conveyor is lubricated automatically by the oil pump, the well designed oil route enable top and bottom bearings to get oil evenly.<\/p>\n

Back conveyor has cleaning brush, which ,maintain a clean surface and guarantee working result.<\/p>\n

c) The machine has a glass thickness protection mechanism. \u00a0When wrong thickness glass is put in the machine. \u00a0The machine will stop automatically. \u00a0This protects the bearings from crushing.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

d) Loading\/off loading conveyor use timing belt. \u00a0It can adjust height to set different glass removal.<\/p>\n

e) Glass support frame use Aluminum extrusion bar, with support roller.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

f) The conveyor cover is made in stainless steel.<\/p>\n

g) The front conveyor movement is motorized. \u00a0It can be adjusted through electrical button on working panel or adjustable automatically. \u00a0The thickness is displayed on screen. \u00a0There is also a mechanical readout to show glass thickness.<\/p>\n

h) Working speed adjustment:<\/p>\n

Working speed is adjustable through frequency inverter.<\/p>\n

i) Spindles are driven by high quality ABB motors.<\/p>\n

j) Water system<\/p>\n

Water is circulated in the machine and stainless steel water tank. \u00a0A stainless steel drainage pipe is installed on back of machine to drain water from wheels tank. \u00a0Clean water is pumped to machine through a square water tube. \u00a0Installation of water circulation system is very easy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
