This machine is designed to make bevel on small glass and big glass. \u00a0The back conveyor track can be moved up and down according to glass size. \u00a0For small glass size, the back conveyor track can be moved upward. \u00a0For big glass size, the back conveyor track can be moved downward.<\/p>\n

This machine adopt PLC control and operator interface. \u00a0The Screen can show glass thickness, bevel angle, bevel width and back track height.<\/p>\n

Basement and frame\u00a0are made of cast iron to ensure stability and solidity.<\/p>\n

Back Conveyors use chains transmitting system. \u00a0The pads are connected by single big roller chain. Each pad has a guide bearing, which guarantee high precision when conveyor is running on the tracks.<\/p>\n

The pads of front conveyor have changeable rubber pads which are specially designed to grip small glass 30mm, which can be replaced independently after wear-off. \u00a0This structure guarantee glass is stably moved. \u00a0The working precision is high.<\/p>\n

Back conveyor has cleaning brush, which ,maintain a clean surface and guarantee working result.<\/p>\n

Motor\u00a0use high precision low vibration ABB motor, specially for beveling machine.<\/p>\n

Loading\/offloading conveyor adopt timing belt.<\/p>\n

Front rail movement\u00a0is motorized, it can move in parallel to adapt to different glass thickness. \u00a0There is a mechanical thickness readout to show conveyor opening.<\/p>\n

Glass support frame\u00a0use aluminum bar with blue plastic roller.<\/p>\n

The machine is equipped a manual lubrication pump, which lubricate the sliding part of motor plate and front conveyor moving system. \u00a0Front and back conveyor should be greased by solid grease.<\/p>\n

Working speed adjustment\u00a0is through speed regulator, manually.<\/p>\n

Amperometer meter\u00a0check the wheel absorption.<\/p>\n

Water system<\/strong><\/p>\n

Water is circulated in the machine and stainless water tank. \u00a0Wheel tank outlets connect with one stainless drain pipe which is very easy for installation. \u00a0The square water tube for water inlet is connected with each wheel nozzle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
