This machine is designed to make bevel on small glass and big glass. \u00a0The back conveyor track can be moved up and down according to glass size. \u00a0For small glass size, the back conveyor track can be moved upward. \u00a0For big glass size, the back conveyor track can be moved downward.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0glass beveling machine use ball bearing conveyor\u00a0system. \u00a0The drive gear directly drive the roller of each pad. \u00a0This system is very strong and suitable for small glass (30mmx30mm) and heavy glass(4mx4m) processing. \u00a0It is the very precise and move very stable and steady. \u00a0All the bearing use NSK produced in Japan.<\/p>\n

Back conveyor has cleaning brush, which ,maintain a clean surface and guarantee working result.<\/p>\n

It is PLC controlled, with touch panel working\u00a0system. \u00a0screen show angle, bevel Width, bottom thickness, it is easy to operate. \u00a0The\u00a0machine use ABB spindle, speed inverter system. \u00a0It has high\u00a0working efficiency and precision.<\/p>\n

Basement and frame are made of cast iron to ensure stability and solidity.This machine use high precision low vibration ABB motor, specially for beveling machine.<\/p>\n

Loading\/offloading conveyor adopt timing belt.<\/p>\n

Front rail movement\u00a0is motorized, it can\u00a0move in parallel to adapt to different glass thickness.\u00a0\u00a0There is a mechanical thickness readout to show conveyor opening.<\/p>\n

Glass support frame Use aluminum bar with blue plastic roller.<\/p>\n

Lubrication: the machine equipped a automatic lubrication pump, which\u00a0lubricate the front and back conveyor.<\/p>\n

All the sliding surfaces (including front conveyor\u00a0movement, grinding beam moving section, motor plates) are lubricated by oil system. \u00a0The well designed oil lubrication system make sure machine\u2019s life time and long-time smooth running.<\/p>\n

Working speed adjustment\u00a0through frequency inverter system. \u00a0The inverter use Mitsubishi.<\/p>\n

Ampermeter meter\u00a0check the wheel absorption.<\/p>\n

Water is circulated in the machine and stainless water tank. \u00a0Wheel tank outlets connect with one stainless drain pipe which is very easy for installation. \u00a0The square water tube for water inlet is connected with each wheel nozzle.<\/p>\n
